The 7 members of the Board of Directors are volunteers who are elected by the members and are charged with the ongoing management and finances of the corporation. The Board has contracted with a General Manager/Operator to handle day-to-day operations and billing. In most cases you will be dealing with the General Manager for service issues or our billing agent for questions about your bill.
Unresolved service issues should be brought to the attention of the Board of Directors.
