Your responsibility for water lines and water use begins on your side of the meter. If leaks or breaks occur on your side of the meter you are responsible for repairs and water charges.
You may also be responsible for repairs and water charges if you or your contractor damages a water line on our side of the meter and you fail to call us beforehand to locate the water line.
If you observe a leak anywhere in the system, please call or email us to report the leak.
