The Board of Directors has an open meeting on the 1st Wednesday of each month at 6:30pm at the Ranch House Bank located at the Crossroads of FM 185 and Highway 6. Unresolved service issues may be brought to the attention of the board at this time.
An annual meeting for members is held on the last Thursday in March. Members may take an active role in their water company by attending this meeting, reviewing the audited financial statements and voting in person for directors. Meeting packets including notification and ballot will be sent to all members 30 day prior to the annual meeting. If you are unable to attend, you may complete and return your ballot by the due date and your vote will be registered.
