New Service

Transfer and Existing Meter: If you are the current owner of the property and wish to transfer the meter/membership into your name, please download the Water Service Application and Agreement. Complete and submit the application with a $25 transfer fee. Transfer of service will be handled in a timely manner. If you are renting the property from someone else you may not transfer the meter/membership to your name. Please refer to the Renting section for further information.

Installation of New Meter: If you are the current owner of the property and would like to request installation of a new water meter, please download the Water Service Application and Agreement. Complete and submit the form with a $100 membership fee. This fee does not include the equity buy-in and installation cost associated with new membership. The net equity buy-in will bring you in parity with other members/owners and the installation cost will cover labor and materials. You will be notified of the additional charges after your application has been reviewed. These costs must be paid prior to us beginning work on your installation. If you withdraw your application or if service is not available, your $100 membership fee will be refunded. It may take up to 60 days to complete a standard meter installation.

Non-standard meter installations including line extensions, road bores, and commercial meters will take additional time as they must be reviewed by our engineer for feasibility and bids taken before installation. We’ll make every effort to work within your time frame and appreciate your cooperation and patience.

Request for Multiple Meters or Special Service: If you are a land developer, require multiple meters or require special water services, please contact us for information on how to complete your application.
